Mr. Reed has worked in the environmental offset markets for more than a decade, including his current role as Vice President of EarthSource Solutions, Inc. (ESS) where his responsibilities include managing a variety of wetland restoration, stream restoration, and nutrient offset projects throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Mr. Reed is experienced in all phases of developing environmental mitigation projects, including regulatory interaction, project implementation, ecological monitoring, and regulatory reporting.  Mr. Reed received his BA in Economics from Colgate University in New York and his Masters in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
